The final conference under the umbrella of the QUADIC project has been organized at The University of Pristina and was hosted on the premises of The Faculty of Philosophy. 2 days event gathered members of the QUADIC consortium, rectors and professors from public universities, representatives from ERASMUS+ Kosovo office and embassies, as well as relevant stakeholders and distinguished guests. Three IBC-M staff members and other conference participants had a chance to be actively engaged in the discussion about internationalization and project management in higher education institutions in Kosovo and Albania by highlighting the main challenges in these areas. This event was used as an excellent opportunity for presenting QUADIC project results, and main achievements but also to share more information with the broader audience on what kind of support was given to all QUADIC project partners during the last 3 years. A Steering Committee meeting was also held during conference days with the aim of sharing the final remarks for the project results and reporting with all partners.
The comprehensive and nuanced approach to upgrading internationalization and project management offices through the QUADIC project ensured that all actions taken during project implementation were pertinent to the aims of the project, thereby providing a cohesive and unified direction for all consortium members, fostering an environment of collaboration among partners which not only enhanced communication and information sharing, but also promoted a sense of shared ownership and responsibility among all entities involved. The connections and collaborations developed under the QUADIC project have broadened IBC-M resources and opportunities for international projects and research initiatives in the future.
