Under the framework of QUADIC project (Quality Development of International Cooperation and Project Management), 3 days training sessions and meetings were organized at “Eqrem Çabej” University from Gjirokastra in Albania from 16th – 18th Nov. Representatives of partner institutions from Kosovo and Albania were physically present while partners from EU countries joined online. During the 1st training day, leading partner covered topics: “Project Proposal Development” and “Writing the Project Proposal”. All other training sessions were covered by University Cote D’Azur from France. Best international practice and expertise was shared by this partner and following training topics were covered: Project Proposal Writing (Identifying project idea, Project background, Problem statement, Aims, goals and objectives). During the 2nd training day, the focus was on CBHE ERASMUS+ Projects, more precisely on filling up applications, logical framework matrix, budget form, checking up on guidelines for applicants and other documents needed to be submitted with application. After delivered trainings, work on the draft strategy for internationalization and projects has been continued as well.
According to the agenda, Quality Board held its meeting during the training activities in Gjirokastra. At the end of this visit, Kosovo and Albanian partners presented the current situation related to project applications and successful rate in their institutions.
