Two days of training on international relations among HEIs in Western Balkans were held on the 30th Nov and 1st Dec at the premises of Logos College in Tirana.
The IBC-M team, together with representatives from RIT Kosovo, Polis and Logos University (Albania), and Mediterranean University (Montenegro) have been attending the training sessions by being actively engaged in case study analyses, presentations, and discussions during both days.
EU partners in the project, the University of Western Macedonia and the International University of Struga have been leading sessions by sharing their expertise in the training for IRO management and mobility projects’ application process. Such training initiatives are designed to elevate the institution’s capacity of ROAMING partners in managing and optimizing international exchanges, contributing to the global competence of the academic and administrative community. The following topics were covered during the training: international mobility protocols, open calls and selection criteria for student and staff exchanges, cultural competencies, logistics and protocols, steps before, during, and after mobility, etc.
