The consortium of seven partners in the ROAMING project (Strengthening International Student and Staff Mobility Offices in Western Balkans) held the Kick-Off meeting at the LOGOS University premises in Tirana. During this event, representatives from the consortium partners gathered to lay the foundation for the project’s objectives, discuss the allocation of resources, establish a shared vision, and form a number of managerial structures. This meeting also served as a good opportunity to define the key milestones and deliverables that will guide the project’s progress in the coming months. Participating partners presented their own institutions to the whole consortium and to all other stakeholders attending the event.
