IBC-M staff members participated in the International Staff Training Week that was organized from 19th to 23rd June 2023 and was hosted by Vilniaus Kolegija (VIKO). The topic of the staff training week was “Demand-based research in Professional Higher Education”. IBC-M staff had a chance to get training in conducting research based on beneficiaries’ demands. Methods implemented were classical lecturing, but also numerous workshops and workgroups. Furthermore, staff had a chance to see tools and practices at VIKO faculties and their laboratories. Finally, meetings with local companies cooperating with VIKO were organized for participants. Apart from the official part, attendees had a chance to see the culture of Lithuania and their national costumes and dances and had a guided tour of the capital of Lithuania.
