Our partner institution, Linnaeus University in Växjö, Sweden, recently played host to representatives from various beneficiary institutions as part of the STEM for ALL- STEFORA Project. During the event, we engaged in a range of activities such as meetings, group discussions, expert presentations, and on-site visits.

The discussions revolved around important themes such as Norm Critical Approaches, Universal Design, and Digital Citizenship. By delving into these areas, we aimed to foster an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity, empowers individuals to thrive in STEM, and eliminates the barriers that hinder women’s interest and persistence in STEM fields.

IBC-M was represented by Professors Medina Braha and Flamur Abazaj, along with our Business Development Officer, Gresa Ferri, and IT Officer, Dejan Simic. Together, we joined forces to break barriers, inspire change, and pave the way for a future where everyone can excel in STEM.
