The online “Workshop on Digital Learning Technologies and Case Studies” took place on the 27th-28th of April as a part of the Erasmus+ project “Improving the Process of Education Through the Development of E-learning Multimedia Platform and Smart Classrooms”.
During the two days’ workshop, which gathered more than 30 participants of 10 partner institutions from Italy, Malta, Montenegro, Spain, Slovenia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, and Kosovo, there has been given the exceptional opportunity to get an insight into the models of the distance learning platforms and smart technologies applied for teaching and education in three EU countries HEIs (UPM, UM, and UL). Special focus was given on applying modern platforms in enhancing the possibility for studying to the students with disability and economic and geographical obstacles. The presented model analysis will enable the development of the guidelines for defining and establishing new or enhancing the existing models of distance learning platforms and smart labs for teaching at project partner countries HEIs in Western Balkan.
