This Wednesday, first semester students had their guest lecture as part of the Organizational and Management Studies course.
The guest lecturer was Agron Gashi who holds a management degree from University of Prishtina and a masters of science in economics for business analysis from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom. Agron started as an intern at Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo where he advanced his position and managerial skills throughout different managerial levels, up to senior management. He has extensive experience in product&sales management with a demonstrated history of working in the banking sector and is skilled in retail banking, business planning, analysis, digital, credit analysis, and cards. His current incumbent is Head of Micro Enterprises Segment, responsible for a team of over 60 people. Other managerial positions include Head of Product Management and Development, Head of Premium Banking, and Mortgage Business Manager.
Through this guest lecture, first semester students had the opportunity to learn from real-world managerial practices. In addition, the lecture was interactive where students asked questions regarding topics they were interested to know from Agron’s professional experiences.
