The Erasmus+ VirtuEU project has successfully demonstrated how virtual exchange can transform higher education by creating meaningful opportunities for international collaboration, intercultural learning, and digital engagement. Bringing together partner institutions from Kosovo, Albania, Montenegro, Greece, and Portugal, the project has enabled students and staff to connect, learn, and work together beyond geographical boundaries.
