How to register at IBCM - Four Simple Steps

STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS

📌 For Bachelor Applicants:

• Original birth certificate (issued within the last 6 months)

• High school transcripts (original, notarized, or certified copy)

• High school diploma & graduation certificate (if applicable)

• ID copy

• Completed application form (available online or at the IBCM campus)

• MESTI recognition decision (if you studied abroad)

📌 For Master's Applicants:

• Motivation letter (in English)

• CV (preferably in Europass format)

• Original birth certificate/extract (issued within the last 6 months)

• Bachelor diploma & transcript (original, notarized, or certified copy)

• ID copy

• Completed application form

• MESTI recognition decision (if applicable)

Important: Original documents stay with IBCM until graduation or official withdrawal. Bring extra copies!

STEP 2: REGISTER IN PERSON

28 July – 22 August 2025
09:00–16:00 (working days)
Student Services Office, IBCM (both campuses)

STEP 3: TAKE THE ENTRANCE EXAMS

Entrance Exam Dates (choose one):

• 25 July 2025

• 26 July 2025

Starting from 10:00

📌 Bachelor Applicants must score a minimum of 51%
📌 Master Applicants must score a minimum of 55%

Entrance Exam Components:

Bachelor:

• English (B1 level) – Reading, Grammar & Essay

• Math/Informatics—Depending on the program

• Mathematics for Business, Public Administration, and Environmental Management & Technology
• Mathematics and Informatics for Applied Information Technology

Master:

• English only (B2 level)—Reading, Grammar, Essay & Interview (Exempt if previous studies were entirely in English)

• You can submit TOEFL or IELTS instead

STEP 4: FOLLOW THE RESULTS & FINALIZE ENROLLMENT

Preliminary Results Published: 27 August 2025
Appeals Deadline: 30 August 2025 (until 16:00)
Final Results Published: 1 September 2025

Candidates for the Master's Double Degree with Sapienza receive separate interview invitations.
