Admission Process
1. Choose Your Study Programme
Explore the available Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes and select the programme that best
matches your academic background and career goals.
2. Complete the Online Application Form
International applicants should complete the official IBCM International Student Application
Form and provide all required information carefully.
3. Prepare and Upload the Required Documents
Applicants must submit scanned copies of the required documents. All documents should be
clear, readable, and preferably submitted in PDF format.
4. Application Review
After submitting the form, your application will be reviewed by IBCM. If additional documents
or clarifications are needed, you will be contacted by email.
5. Entrance Exam / English Language Requirement
Applicants may be required to take an entrance exam or English language exam, depending on
the programme and submitted documentation.
6. Admission Result and Next Steps
Successful applicants will be informed by email about the next steps for registration and
enrollment.

English Language Requirement
IBCM study programmes are delivered in English. Applicants may submit a recognized English
language certificate such as IELTS, TOEFL, or another relevant certificate, as specified under
the application criteria.
Applicants who do not submit an English language certificate may be required to take an English
language entrance exam organized by IBCM.
Diploma Recognition
Applicants who completed their previous education outside the Republic of Kosovo may be
required to complete the diploma recognition/nostrification process through the relevant
authorities in Kosovo.
Visa Information
International students who need a visa to study in Kosovo should begin checking visa
requirements as early as possible. If admitted, IBCM shall provide relevant admission
confirmation documents needed for visa procedures.
