Prof. Asst. Luljeta Aliu-Mulaj, together with IBCM students Anisa Haziri and Uvejsa Rama from the Faculty of International Business Management, participated in the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) "Business Strategy, Sustainability and Financial Stability", hosted by IAE Bretagne Sud in France from 15–19 June 2026.
The programme brought together students and academic staff from different European higher education institutions, providing an international learning environment focused on contemporary challenges in business strategy, sustainability, and financial stability. Through interactive lectures, collaborative discussions, and group activities, participants explored innovative approaches to sustainable business development while exchanging knowledge and best practices with peers and professors from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds.
For the IBCM participants from the Faculty of International Business and Management, the programme offered an excellent opportunity to strengthen their understanding of strategic business management and sustainable development while developing valuable intercultural communication and teamwork skills. Working alongside international participants allowed them to gain new perspectives, build professional networks, and engage in meaningful academic collaboration.
In addition to the academic programme, the mobility experience enabled participants to immerse themselves in a multicultural environment, fostering personal growth and creating lasting international connections. Such experiences contribute significantly to developing globally minded graduates who are prepared to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
IBCM remains committed to promoting internationalisation through Erasmus+ initiatives and Blended Intensive Programmes, providing students and academic staff with opportunities to enhance their knowledge, gain international experience, and strengthen cooperation with partner institutions across Europe.
