The Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) is pleased to announce a student exchange opportunity for the Academic Year 2025/26 under the Erasmus+ KA1 International Credit Mobility Project.

Our partner, University College Denmark (UCL) in Odense, has confirmed its availability to host IBCM students. Learn more about UCL.

Who Can Apply

This call is open to students from the Public Administration and Welfare (PAW) study program who meet the following criteria:

  • Completed the first year of study (both semesters)

  • Good academic standing (minimum cumulative grade of 4)

  • Minimum cumulative attendance of 60%

  • English language proficiency (B2 level or higher)

  • Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies

Funding

All travel and accommodation costs will be fully covered through the Erasmus+ grant.

Selection Process

The internal selection process at IBCM will consider:

  • Cumulative average grade

  • Attendance rate

  • English language proficiency

  • Letter of motivation and CV

Students who have not previously participated in IBCM exchange programs are strongly encouraged to apply and will be given priority. Additional preference will be given to students from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds and those with special needs, in line with Erasmus+ inclusion principles.

Selected students are expected to fully commit to the exchange program. Withdrawal after selection will only be permitted in exceptional and justified circumstances, as cancellations limit opportunities for other candidates.

How to Apply

Interested students should submit the following:

  • A Letter of Motivation (maximum one A4 page) outlining expectations and reasons for applying

  • An updated CV including educational background, work experience, and personal details

Applications must be sent by Monday, 13th October (by 4:00 PM) to:
Mirjana Krsmanovicm.krsmanovic@ibcmitrovica.eu

Please note: Students must apply directly to IBCM first. After internal selection, IBCM will nominate successful candidates to UCL. Final approval will be made by the partner university.

For further inquiries, please contact the IBCM International Relations Office.

We look forward to receiving your applications and wish you success in this exciting international opportunity!
