The Public International Business College Mitrovica hosted a guest lecture by CPT Jared Blackburn, Operational Law Judge Advocate with the United States National Guard, currently deployed on the KFOR 35 Mission.

During the session, CPT Blackburn shared his professional experiences, giving students and staff a firsthand look into life as a Judge Advocate, the responsibilities of advising commanders, supporting international missions, ensuring legal compliance, and protecting the rights of service members.

He also spoke about his personal journey into this field, highlighting how discipline, resilience, and commitment shape both his work and daily life.

Participants had the opportunity to ask questions about legal careers, operational law, international cooperation, and leadership in complex missions.

The lecture provided an inspiring and informative experience, bridging academic learning with real-world applications.
