Mitrovica, 4 October 2025 –

The Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) proudly welcomed its newest cohort of students during the Commencement Day for the Academic Year 2025/26. Students joining the programs of Applied IT, Public Administration, Environmental Management and Technology, and Business Management participated in a warm and inspiring introduction to life at IBCM.

The day began with an Orientation Session, where students got acquainted with their classrooms, academic resources, and the college community. This first step set the stage for their journey, combining both learning and engagement beyond the classroom.

During her address, the Rector of IBCM, prof. dr. Mihone Kerolli Mustafa emphasized that students are “not only part of the college, but part of a vibrant, supportive community”, highlighting IBCM’s commitment to fostering collaboration, growth, and a sense of belonging.

The Commencement Day marked a milestone for these students as they embark on their academic and professional journeys, laying the foundation for both personal and professional success in the years to come.
