Supplementary Announcement for Awarding Scholarships – Academic Year 2025/26

IBCM is pleased to publish this supplementary scholarship announcement, based on recent amendments to the Regulation for Scholarships. These changes aim to expand opportunities for categories of students who were not eligible in the previous call.

Category	Affirmative Scholarships for Communities (Serbian community only)	Accommodation Subsidy Scholarships (Master’s students only)
Who Can Apply?	Bachelor & Master students from the Serbian community in Kosovo	Master’s students living in municipalities located far from IBCM
Eligibility	Be from the Serbian community in Kosovo Be a regular student at IBCM Be registered for the academic year 2025/26 Have at least 70% lecture attendance for the academic year for which the scholarship is awarded	Have a permanent residence 25 km or more from IBCM College Be a regular student at IBCM Be registered for the academic year 2025/26 Have at least 70% lecture attendance for the academic year the scholarship is awarded for Have an average grade of at least 7.0 according to the IBCM grading system
Required Documents	Completed and signed application form (downloaded from the website or obtained at Student Service) Letter from the Faculty confirming regular student status Confirmation letter on lecture attendance (expressed in percentage) Evidence of ethnicity Completed and signed declaration under oath	Completed and signed application form Grade certificate (from Student Service) Proof of permanent residential address Letter from the Faculty confirming regular student status Confirmation letter on lecture attendance (percentage-based) Completed and signed declaration under oath

Note: 1st-semester students may apply by reporting attendance for the weeks of lectures already conducted in 2025/26.

Note: 1st-semester Master’s students may apply, but are exempt from the grade requirement and grade certificate.

Application Deadline and Submission

Application period: 25 November – 1 December 2025
Submission: All documents must be submitted to the IBCM Student Service
Students may apply for only one scholarship type, except they may apply for both the accommodation subsidy and the affirmative scholarship for communities.

Announcement of Results and Appeals

Scholarship results will be announced by 3 December 2025.
Students may file an appeal to the IBCM Appeals Committee within 5 days of the results' publication.
