The Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) is pleased to announce an Erasmus+ mobility opportunity for the Spring Semester of 2026. Our Polish partner, Wroclaw University, has confirmed the nomination of IBCM students for an exchange semester in Wroclaw, Poland.
This exchange falls under the Erasmus+ KA1 – International Credit Mobility Project, offering students the chance to study abroad with all travel and living costs covered by the Erasmus+ grant.
This call is open to students from the Public Administration and Welfare (upcoming 4th semester) and International Sales and Marketing (upcoming 4th semester) study program who meet the following eligibility criteria:
Completed the first year of study (both semesters)
Good academic standing (minimum cumulative grade of 4)
Minimum cumulative attendance of 60%
English language proficiency (B2 level or higher)
Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies
The internal selection process at IBCM will consider:
Cumulative average grade
Attendance rate
English language proficiency
Letter of motivation and CV
Students who have not participated in previous exchange programs are highly encouraged to apply and will be given priority. Additional preference will be given to students from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds and those with special needs, in line with Erasmus+ inclusion principles.
Selected students are expected to fully commit to the exchange program. Withdrawal after selection will only be permitted in exceptional and justified circumstances, as cancellations limit opportunities for other candidates.
Interested students should submit the following:
A Letter of Motivation (maximum one A4 page) outlining their expectations and reasons for applying
An updated CV including educational background, work experience, and personal details
Applications must be sent by Sunday, 30th November (by 4:00 PM) to:
Mirjana Krsmanovic – m.krsmanovic@ibcmitrovica.eu
Please note: Students must apply directly to IBCM first. After the internal selection, IBCM will nominate successful candidates to Wroclaw University. Final approval will be made by the partner university.

We look forward to receiving your applications and wish you the best of luck in this exciting international experience!
