IBCM has an exciting student exchange opportunity for the upcoming semester (AY 2025/26) at The University for Foreigners UNISTRAPG in Perugia, Italy. This program is part of the ERASMUS+ KA1 International Credit Mobility Project, and all travel and living expenses will be covered by an ERASMUS+ grant.
This call is open to students for the fall 2025 semester from the following programs:
Undergraduate: 3rd and 5th semester EAM, ISM, and PAW students
Master's: 3rd semester students in both specializations
To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
Completed your first year of study (both semesters).
Maintain a cumulative semester grade of at least 4.
Have a cumulative attendance rate of at least 60%.
Have a minimum English language proficiency of B2 level.
Have no more than two outstanding exams from previous semesters.
Demonstrate strong cross-cultural competencies.
Students who have not participated in a previous IBCM exchange program are strongly encouraged to apply and will receive priority. Preference will also be given to students from less advantaged socioeconomic backgrounds and those with special needs.
The application deadline is Wednesday, July 23.
Prepare your documents:
Motivation Letter: A one-page A4 document explaining your reasons for wanting to study abroad and your expectations for the exchange.
Updated CV: Include all relevant information on your educational background, work experience, and personal details.
Submit your application: Send both your CV and Motivation Letter to Mirjana Krsmanovic at m.krsmanovic@ibcmitrovica.eu.
An internal selection will be conducted at IBCM based on your cumulative grade average, attendance rate, English language skills (including an interview), and the quality of your motivation letter and CV.
Important Note: You must apply directly to IBCM first. We will complete the internal selection and nominate the top candidates to UNISTRAPG. The final approval rests with our Italian partner.
