AY 2025/26

The Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) is pleased to announce an Erasmus+ mobility opportunity for the next semester of the Academic Year 2025/26. Our Polish partner, WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza, has confirmed the nomination of IBCM students for an exchange semester in Poland. More information about WSB University can be found here.
This exchange falls under the Erasmus+ KA1 – International Credit Mobility Project, offering students the chance to study abroad with all travel and living costs covered by the Erasmus+ grant.
This call is open to students from the ISM study program and Master’s students.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Completion of the first year of study (both semesters)
Good academic standing (minimum cumulative grade of 4)
Minimum cumulative attendance of 60%
English language proficiency (B2 level or higher)
No more than two pending exams from previous semesters
Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies
The internal selection process at IBCM will consider:
Cumulative average grade
Attendance rate
English language proficiency and interview performance
Letter of motivation and CV
Students who have not previously participated in an IBCM exchange program are highly encouraged to apply and will be given priority. Additional preference will be given to students from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds and those with special needs, in line with Erasmus+ inclusion principles.
Selected students are expected to fully commit to the exchange program. Withdrawal after selection will only be permitted in exceptional and justified circumstances, as cancellations limit opportunities for other candidates.
Interested students should submit the following:
A Letter of Motivation (maximum one A4 page) outlining their expectations and reasons for applying
An updated CV including educational background, work experience, and personal details
Applications must be sent by Tuesday, 23rd December to: m.krsmanovic@ibcmitrovica.eu
Please Note:
Students must apply directly to IBCM first, where the internal selection will be completed. After selection, IBCM will nominate successful candidates to WSB University. Final approval will be granted by the Polish partner university, as all nominations must be assessed before confirmation.
For further inquiries, please contact the IBCM International Relations Office.
We look forward to receiving your applications and wish you success in this international academic opportunity.
