Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Politécnico do Porto from Portugal, aimed at strengthening international cooperation in higher education.

The agreement was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by IBCM Rector, Prof. Mihone Kerolli Mustafa, and Prof. António Marques, Vice President of P.Porto. This partnership will promote the exchange of students and academic staff, encourage joint research initiatives, and support the sharing of best practices to further advance higher education in both institutions and countries.

IBCM extends its sincere appreciation to H.E. Ambassador Dr. Edona Maloku of the Embassy of Kosovo in Lisbon for her important role in facilitating this partnership. Her support has been instrumental in making this collaboration possible and in opening new opportunities for academic, cultural, and institutional cooperation between Kosovo and Portugal.
