MAGNET Project Successfully Concludes

We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the MAGNET ("Managerial and Governance Enhancement through Teaching") project, with the final meeting recently hosted by the University of Patras, Greece.

Prof. Asst. Medina Braha, who serves as the Coordinator of the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) at IBCM and the MAGNET Coordinator for IBCM, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the significant achievements IBCM made throughout the project's lifetime.

IBCM successfully completed numerous project activities, including:

  • Establishment of CTL, equipped with the associated technology foreseen in the MAGNET project.
  • Formal appointment of the CTL Coordinator and the BALKANETUP Coordinator.
  • Drafting of the Kosova National Report for MAGNET in close cooperation with partner institution, the University of Prishtina.
  • Development of a MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) which is posted on the MAGNET platform.
  • Successful organization and hosting of the MAGNET 2nd General Meeting.
  • Delivery of extensive pedagogical training and workshops for academic staff through CTL, focusing on:
    • Digital platforms as part of the Learning Management System (LMS).
    • Various teaching approaches and learning styles.
      • Delivered in collaboration with a Fulbright specialist from the USA.
    • Research-based teaching with practice relevance
      • Delivered in collaboration with the University of Economics and Business Vienna.

Representing IBCM at the final meeting were Valid Apuk (HoD of Quality Assurance) and Arjeta Mehmeti (Director of General Administration), who actively contributed to the discussions of the final meeting.

These achievements reflect IBCM's commitment to enhancing pedagogical capabilities through innovative teaching practices.
