IBCM participated in the three-day WE-MIND Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) project meeting, hosted in Porto, Portugal. The meeting brought together around 20 representatives from partner institutions, including professors, university staff, researchers, and students, to advance the project's mission of strengthening student mental health through digital innovation and inclusive education.

Representing IBCM were Vice-Rector Prof. Asst. Bujar Gallopeni, Prof. Asst. Florim Gallopeni, Head of IT, Infrastructure and Logistics Eron Mahmuti, and IBCM student Tijana Radomirović.

Throughout the meeting, partners reviewed progress on the WE-MIND digital mental health platform, building on work carried out since the previous consortium meeting in Vienna. Discussions focused on enhancing the platform's features, improving accessibility and user experience, and ensuring it provides meaningful, evidence-based support for university students.

The programme included interactive workshops, collaborative World Café discussions, and planning sessions in which participants identified priorities, assigned responsibilities, and agreed on next steps for the platform's development and implementation. These activities reinforced the shared commitment of all project partners to creating an inclusive and sustainable digital resource that will benefit students across Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and beyond.

The meeting concluded with a review of the key outcomes and future objectives, strengthening cooperation among partner institutions as the WE-MIND project moves into its next phase.
