Hajdin Berisha

Ass.Prof.

Dr. Hajdin completed part of his secondary education at Hayfield and Rossington High School in the United Kingdom. In 2006, he began his undergraduate studies in Kuala Lumpur, earning an Honours degree in 2010. He immediately pursued an MBA, which he completed in 2011, followed by a second postgraduate degree at the University of Aberdeen in the UK from 2011 to 2012. In 2021, he was awarded a PhD from Marmara University.

From 2013 to 2018, Dr. Hajdin served as a lecturer at Staffordshire University. He then continued his academic career at RIINVEST College as a full-time faculty member until 2022. Since September 2024, he has been an Assistant Professor at the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM).

Dr. Hajdin is actively involved in research and development, with academic interests spanning management, marketing, and education. His research focuses on improving corporate governance, refining marketing strategies, enhancing organizational structures, and developing effective corporate strategies.
