Asst. Prof. Dr. Mirsad Suhodolli is a dedicated educator with a strong passion for teaching English and enhancing students’ academic and professional communication skills. He has presented his research on a variety of English language-related topics at several international scientific conferences.
Dr. Suhodolli holds a PhD in English Language and Literature and brings over 15 years of teaching experience to the classroom. He currently teaches Academic English and Study Skills at the International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM). Known for his engaging and interactive teaching style, he creates a supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to express themselves and develop both personally and academically.
Renowned for his approachable and friendly manner—often incorporating humor into his lessons—Dr. Suhodolli emphasizes collaboration and the development of practical communication skills. His teaching approach helps students gain confidence and prepares them for academic and professional success.
Beyond his academic duties, Dr. Suhodolli has also delivered English language training to Kosovo Police Officers. Due to the high level of satisfaction with these courses, IBCM renewed its agreement with the Kosovo Police Service, which was later extended to include the Kosovo Correctional Service. His ability to tailor instruction to diverse professional contexts reflects his commitment to lifelong learning and community engagement.
