For students who are transferring from one study program to another within IBCM, or from other institutions, for both Bachelor (BA) and Master (MA) levels, the SMIAL system will be active from September 25 to September 30, 2024. This timeline follows the guidelines set forth by UA Nr. 13/2018 on the Management Information System for Higher Education.
