Expertise and Professional Background

With 26 years of legal experience, including serving as a Municipal Court Judge in Oregon, CPT Eckstein now plays a key role in Operational and National Security Law for Regional Command–East. She also serves as the Foreign Claims Commissioner for Kosovo, Recovery JA for the Balkans, Contract/Fiscal Law JA, and Legal Assistance Attorney for U.S. soldiers in Kosovo.
