As part of IBCM’s Green Week activities and PELMOB project, students took part in an educational field trip to the wind turbines in Bajgora—one of Kosovo’s key renewable energy sites. This trip provided students with a valuable opportunity to learn about sustainable energy in action and explore the role of wind power in shaping a greener future.
Led by IBCM lecturer Jelisaveta Marjanović and Prof. Asst. Afete Musliu, the visit included discussions on the environmental benefits of wind energy, the technical aspects of turbine operations, and the growing importance of renewable energy in the global fight against climate change.
In addition to its educational value, the trip also provided students with a refreshing and enjoyable experience outside the classroom. The opportunity to engage with their peers in a real-world setting fostered both learning and community spirit—making the day both informative and memorable.

This initiative is part of IBCM’s broader commitment to sustainability, environmental awareness, and practical learning beyond the classroom.
