IBCM faculty members and alumni participated at the 8th International Scientific Conference on Business and Economics (ISCBE 2025), held on 8–9 May 2025 in Tetovo, North Macedonia.
Representing IBCM in person at this academic forum were Prof. Asst. Vjosë Latifi and PhD candidate Valid Apuk. They presented a jointly authored research paper, co-written with Prof. Asst. Agron Hajdari and IBCM alumna Rineta Jusufi, titled
“The Digital Revolution: How Social Media Is Redefining Consumer Behavior”
The study critically examined the evolving influence of social media on consumer behavior, with a particular focus on digital engagement, purchasing decision-making processes, and brand interaction in both local and global markets. This contribution was presented under the overarching conference theme, “Economic Resilience and Sustainability: Contemporary Challenges.”
The research sparked meaningful discussion among academics and practitioners, offering interdisciplinary insights into the intersection of digital technologies, behavioral economics, and marketing.
