IBCM is thrilled to announce the opportunity for students to participate in an exchange program at Hochschule Geisenheim University (HGU) in Germany during the next semester of AY 2024/25. This exchange falls under the ERASMUS+ KA1 International Credit Mobility Project and covers all travel and living costs through an ERASMUS+ grant.
Eligibility:
- ISM and EAM students (upcoming 4th and 6th semester)
- Master students (upcoming 2nd-semester Environmental Management Specialization)
Requirements:
✔ Completed first year of studies
✔ Tuition fees paid on time
✔ Minimum grade average: 4 (IBCM grade system)
✔ Attendance rate: 60%+
✔ English proficiency: B2 level
✔ No more than 2 exams pending
✔ Cross-cultural competency
Selection Criteria:
- Academic performance
- Attendance record
- English proficiency and interview
- Motivation letter and CV
Priority will be given to:
- Students who haven’t participated in IBCM exchange programs
- Those from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds

✍ Submit: Motivation Letter (max 1 A4 page) and CV to Mirjana Krsmanovic at m.krsmanovic@ibcmitrovica.eu
Motivation letters should outline your expectations and reasons for applying. The IBCM team will conduct an internal selection before nominating candidates to HGU, where final approvals will be made.
