The Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM), guided by Prof. Ass. Vjosë Latifi, IBCM VirtuEU Project Coordinator, is proud to announce the upcoming VirtuEU Virtual Exchanges Project, an initiative aimed at enhancing international collaboration and fostering active citizenship among students. With the project’s launch set for late October, the IBCM team is meticulously preparing for a seamless and impactful start.

Recently, Prof. Ass.  Latifi successfully completed the initial phase of facilitator training, equipping our team with the essential skills and expertise required for the VirtuEU project. This milestone sets the stage for a transformative learning experience.

The VirtuEU initiative encompasses 11 specialized courses, designed to provide participants with critical knowledge and skills in various fields. IBCM will spearhead Course Seven: Open Participation Processes, which focuses on strategies for inclusive engagement and stakeholder participation. Participants will learn to design effective participation models and evaluate their impact on community and stakeholder engagement.

This ambitious initiative aims to engage 2,500 learners across multiple countries, providing a collaborative and enriching educational platform. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to compete in a speech competition focused on active citizenship, encouraging innovation, teamwork, and public speaking skills.
