The Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) and the University of Haifa held an introductory meeting to explore collaboration opportunities in education and research.

The discussions, led by the Rector of IBCM, Prof. Mihone Kerolli Mustafa, and representatives from the University of Haifa, focused on potential joint degree programs, student and staff mobility initiatives, and participation in Erasmus+ projects. Both institutions presented their unique strengths, programs, and visions, aiming to identify synergies for a potential joint program.

The meeting showcased IBCM’s dedication to expanding its international partnerships and creating innovative academic pathways for its students and staff. Likewise, the University of Haifa highlighted opportunities within its international master’s programs.

This initiative was made possible through the collaboration facilitated by the Head of Mission at the Embassy of Kosovo in Jerusalem, emphasizing the commitment of both countries to advancing educational ties. Ambassador Tamar Ziv’s presence at the meeting underscored the importance of this partnership for strengthening academic and cultural exchanges.

IBCM and the University of Haifa look forward to further discussions and concrete steps to realize these opportunities, promoting academic excellence and global engagement for their students and faculty.
