On February 4, 2025, the Public International College Mitrovica hosted the General Director of the Kosovo Correctional Service, Mr. Ismail Dibrani, for an official visit. Rector Mihone Kerrolli Mustafa welcomed Mr. Dibrani and provided an overview of IBCM’s academic mission, its facilities, and the institution’s long-standing commitment to educational excellence and professional development.
As a key outcome of this meeting, IBCM and the Kosovo Correctional Service formalized their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement establishes a framework for joint initiatives in the following areas:

✔ Collaborative research and development projects
✔ Capacity-building initiatives for Kosovo Correctional Service personnel
✔ Shared use of facilities for training and knowledge exchange
The MoU underscores a shared commitment to fostering educational and professional growth, facilitating seminars, conferences, and workshops that promote best practices and innovation. These activities will enable the exchange of experiences and best practices, as well as the establishment of a strong professional network.
