The agreement aims to enhance institutional collaboration through EU funding schemes such as Twinning Actions, Erasmus+, and Horizon Europe. Additionally, it establishes a framework for the exchange of scholars, academic materials, and students, as well as the organization of joint conferences and research initiatives.

Prof. Dr. Ekrem Gjokaj, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Projects, Innovation, and Scientific Research at IBCM, and Prof. Dr. Thomas Herzfeld from IAMO will serve as the primary contacts for this collaboration, marking a significant step toward strengthening ties between the two institutions.
