Prof. Asst. Labinot Hajdari and Prof. Asst. Judita Krasniqi from the Public International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) recently contributed to the international academic conference, “Social Dimensions of Risk – Cultural Aspects of Security,” hosted by the Center for European Studies at the University of Warsaw, Poland, on April 24-25.
The two-day conference brought together distinguished scholars to explore critical issues surrounding risk, security, and cultural resilience in a rapidly changing global landscape.
During the panel discussion “Risk and Security in the Shadow of the War,”
- Prof. Asst. Labinot Hajdari presented his paper, “Russia’s Information Warfare in the Western Balkans: Disinformation, Security Risks, and Political Destabilization,” addressing the security implications of disinformation campaigns.
- Prof. Asst. Judita Krasniqi presented her work on “Social Resiliency Threats: Navigating through Information Disorder in the Western Balkans,” highlighting the societal challenges posed by information disruption.
In addition to presenting, Professor Hajdari also served on the conference’s organizing committee, supporting the coordination and delivery of the event.
