  1. Application

You can fill in an application form online, or you can come to our campus any time from 8:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. You will then be contacted to make an appointment to sit the Entry Exam.

  1. Entry Exam & Interview

IBC-M conducts entry exams to ensure the quality and English language skills of our students.

The Entry Exam will test your English and Maths skills. You will also be interviewed in English, to find out more about your motivations, commitment, and your English communication skills. The exam and interview should take around 1 hour 30 minutes.

At this stage, you will be asked to indicate which study programme you are most interested in.

Please note: if you are applying from outside the Western Balkans, and cannot come to IBC-M to complete an entry exam, you will need to follow a different application procedure.

4. Offer and Registration Fee

Based on your performance in the entry exam and interview, you will be contacted and offered a place at IBC-M.
To secure your place, you need to pay a 50.00€ registration fee. You can make the payment via bank transfer. IBC-M’s banking details are:

5. Once you complete the Entry Exam successfully you are required to provide:

 

  • High school Diploma and grade transcripts. If your grades have not been issued, you must submit them as soon as you receive them.
  • Certificate of the National Matura Exam
  • Birth Certificate
  • Copy of your ID card
  • Invoice of your registration fee
