As the Command Judge Advocate, CPT Pearsall currently serves as the senior legal advisor to the commander of the largest U.S. base camp in the Balkans. His military career has encompassed a wide range of legal roles, including legal assistance at Fort Cavazos, policy development at the Pentagon, and federal litigation at Fort Bragg.
CPT Pearsall will be joined by CPT Laura Eckstein, a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army, for an insightful and dynamic session. Together, they will share their unique perspectives on military law, leadership, and international operations.
Lecture Topic: “The Role of Legal Professionals in Modern Military Operations: Upholding Law and Mission Integrity”
