The EU Winter School 2025 (EUWS 2025) is organized by the European Young Cell Alumni Kosovo in cooperation with the Young Cell Scheme (Rounds XIII, XIV, and XV) project and the University of Prishtina ‘Hasan Prishtina’.
ABOUT EU WINTER SCHOOL 2025
This year’s EUWS will focus on two main themes:
- Theoretical foundations on investment attraction, innovation, and economic growth.
- Practical skills training relevant to entrepreneurship, investment, and innovation.
International experts, government officials, local business leaders, innovators, and Young Cell Scheme alumni in Kosovo’s civil service will deliver 14 lectures, panel discussions, and interactive team activities. The event offers an exceptional opportunity for discussions, debates, and networking. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
🎓 WHO CAN APPLY?
Students from all public and private universities in Kosovo and public sector employees are eligible to apply.
Requirements:
✔️ Enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of Bachelor’s studies or in a Master’s program.
✔️ Preferably studying social sciences, economics, or humanities (others can apply if they have relevant knowledge or interest).
✔️ English proficiency of at least B1 or B2 level (spoken and listening).
✔️ Participation in relevant projects, NGOs, or programs is an added value.

- Morning Session: 09:00 – 12:00
- Afternoon Session: 13:00 – 15:30
