IBCM can nominate students for an exchange semester at Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University (ALKU, Turkey) during the next semester of AY 2024/25. Learn more about our Turkish partner here: www.alanya.edu.tr

This exchange is part of the International Credit Mobility Project, and it’s open to students from the ISM and IT programs (4th semester in 2025).

💰 What’s Covered?

All travel and living expenses will be covered by the ERASMUS+ grant.

📝 Eligibility Criteria

To apply, students must meet the following requirements:

✅ Students from the ISM and IT programs (4th semester in 2025).
✅ Completed the first year of study (both semesters).
✅ Timely payment of tuition fees (no outstanding debts).
✅ Good academic standing (cumulative semester grade of at least 4).
✅ Cumulative attendance of at least 60%.
✅ English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
✅ No more than 2 pending exams from previous semesters.
✅ Strong cross-cultural competencies.

📝 Internal Selection Process

IBCM will select candidates based on the following:

  • Cumulative grade average.
  • Attendance rate.
  • English language proficiency (via an interview).
  • Letter of Motivation and CV.

Students who haven’t participated in an exchange before are encouraged to apply and will be given priority. Special consideration will also be given to students from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds or those with special needs.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Applications should be submitted directly to IBCM for internal selection. Once selected, IBCM will nominate students to ALKU. Final approval will be determined by our Turkish partner university.
