The academic staff of IBCM College from the Faculty of Social Sciences, and the Faculty of Environment, Technology and IT participated in a two-day training about the development of MOOC courses (Massive Open Online Courses). The training was organized within the framework of the HomoDigitalis project, funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission. The training on the topic “MOOC Design: From Concept to Deployment” was oriented towards the professional development of academic staff in the field of digital education, focusing particularly on contemporary online teaching methodologies.
In addition to IBCM staff, representatives from the University of Sarajevo, the University of Science and Technology in Sarajevo, LOGOS College, Polis University, and AAB College participated in this training. The training was led by experts from the University of Patras in Greece, namely, prof. Nikolaos Avouris and prof. Christos Sintoris, who contributed to creating a rich academic and professional experience for the participants.
With the support of this project, IBCM will develop MOOC courses to support the learning process of IBCM College as well as other interested stakeholders.
