Mr. Qehaja is a highly sought-after expert in the field of education in Kosovo. He is the Founder and Executive Director of EdGuard Institute for Education Studies. He serves as a professor at International Business College in Mitrovica. Agron Hajdari

Department at IBCM: Public Administration and Marketing and Management

Agron Hajdari is a specialist in Education and Training and aligning education with the labor market. Agron has also been engaged for a long time in teaching and training in different institutions in Kosovo. He is a lecturer at IBCM since December 2018. He has an extensive experience in Project Management and Project Development. Agron also works as an external expert for a number of different national and international institutions in Kosovo. He is an external expert at National Qualification Authority in Kosovo (NQA), board member of Agency for Vocational Education and Training and Adult Education in Kosovo (AVETAE), member of European Association of Institutes for Vocational Training, Brussels (EVBB). Agron holds a Master degree in Business Administration and Bachelor degree in English language and literature.

Dukagjin Abdyli

Dukagjin holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in EU in International Relations and European Economic Law from KU Leuven (Belgium) and a Bachelor degree in Law from the University of Prishtina. Currently he works as Acting Director of the Department of EU Law/ Ministry of European Integration. His major area of interests include: EU Law, Constitutional Law and International Law.

Niall Ardill

Qualifications: Ballsbridge College of Business, Dublin, Ireland / Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland – BA of Business

Department at IBCM: Marketing and Management

Niall was born in Dublin, Ireland. On finishing his studies Niall worked in the Tourism & Hospitality industry and within the FMCG sectors in Ireland. Directly prior to arriving in Kosovo, Niall was working for a local government agency on an Integration Programme. In addition to this he worked as a learning support teacher at a local high school. Since arriving in Kosovo in 2010, Niall has worked in the educational sector with IBCM, initially as part of the English department until December 2012 and then from March 2015 in the Marketing and Management department of the college. Niall has also worked in the NGO sector, predominantly working directly with businesses and conducting research on the barriers for young entrepreneurs, start-ups and existing businesses entering the formal Kosovo market.

Aleksandar Đikić

Aleksandar has been working in the academic field from 1987 when he used to work as an assistant professor at the University of Pristina, Jelene Anzujske b.b. Zubin Potok. He also worked as a General Manager of PIC-CO company which deals with chemicals. From 1999 till 2000 he used to work at AGROINVEST, Belvederska 5, Podgorica, Montenegro as a Loan Officer. He is working as a lecturer at IBCM since 2010.

Mihone Kerolli-Mustafa

Ms. Mihone Kerolli Mustafa is the College Director of the International College of Business Mitrovica and Professor of Environmental Engineering and Contemporary Sciences at IBC-M, University of Zagreb, and RIT AUK. Ms. Kerolli holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Technology from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Prishtina. She has worked in the fields of education, university governance, university/business interaction/collaboration, and has a long experience of sharing experiences with several universities in Europe and the region. Ms. Kerolli is in charge of several projects, some of which are EU funded. She has traveled extensively in Europe and the world, lectured at prominent universities, and developed extensive contacts with many academic and research institutions. Ms. Kerolli has made a great contribution in the field of education and strategic reforms in the region. She has extensive teaching experience in various fields; participates in numerous national and international scientific conferences; Chair of International Scientific Conferences; has presented scholarly contributions to numerous international exhibitions of innovation and research; is the winner of several awards and recognitions; editors in major international magazines; Mentor and member of the committees for the protection of doctoral dissertations, and masters in Croatia and Kosovo. Her extensive academic and research work, leading several scientific projects and activities in capacity building of new staff in the country, as well as her contacts with HEIs in various countries, made a major contribution to the academic sector and Kosovo society in general.

Ms. Kerolli has published numerous scientific publications on the natural sciences, sustainability and innovation, environmental management, economic benefits, and the transition process in Kosovo, as well as the Western Balkans, and is well known in the region. She has considerable experience in university governance, building and managing business relationships; supporting innovation and developing strategic partnerships; managing and managing structural change in international organizations; supporting businesses and managing complex multi-ethnic projects; developing new curricula and study programs. Ms. Kerolli’s experience as a higher education expert in the region and growing relationships with other universities and businesses, curriculum development, and the provision of consulting services to HEIs is essential for the college.

Medina Braha

A highly motivated professional individual with diverse scope, sector, and socio-cultural experience, performing in results-oriented environments. Served in both public and private sector, as well as perfectly adjusted in national and international teams. Enriched with theoretical/scientific and practical knowledge through simultaneous engagement in academic and non-academic career.

Medina’s teaching experience includes University of Prishtina, IBCM, University of Petra (Jordan), and Lillebaelt Academy (Denmark). Her academic expertise represents research (focused on management and organizational behavior), teaching, and curriculum development. Her non-academic concentration covers business analysis/consulting, project management, and angel investing.

Longer term overseas experience includes The Netherlands (4.5 years), United Kingdom (13 months), Turkey (2 years), and United States (5 months). Medina is fluent in Albanian, English, and Dutch, while she has advanced knowledge in Turkish. She also possesses some basic skills in Serbian and German languages.
