The 5th project meeting within the Erasmus+ project “Improving the Process of Education Through the Development of E-learning Multimedia Platform and Smart Classrooms”, that IBC-M participates in, took place on 7th and 8th of April at University of East Sarajevo.
During the 1st day of the project meeting, that gathered participants of 10 partner institutions from Western Balkan and EU countries, there have been presented the institutional project progress reports. Accordingly, being a leader of Dissemination working package, IBC-M has presented a progress on the dissemination activities implementation and the guidelines for their reporting and documentation as well as the performed activities within other working packages. Along with that there has been discussed the progress towards the establishing a modern distance learning platform and smart labs for each partner’s HEI. In addition, there has followed a workshop on practical tools and use cases for lecturers and academic staff.
The 2nd day of the project meeting was devoted to the project quality management board meeting during which there has been presented and discussed the outcomes of the project deliverables quality control.
In accordance with meetings’ conclusions, it was defined a framework for future actions within all project’s working packages.
