The ResearchCult project consortium conducted a study visit within at the Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. This visit lasted two days and had the aim to discuss project activities and their status of implementation towards the project finalization, where the participants had the chance to discuss about the development of the ResearchCult project to this stage as well as the remaining activities to be completed.

The first day of the study visit started with a warm welcome from University of Sapienza hosts, Prof. Fiorenza Deriu, Project Coordinator for Sapienza University, Prof. Bruno Botta – Deputy Rector to Internationalization of Sapienza University of Rome, and Mr. Bujar Gallopeni the ResearchCult Project Coordinator. The participants were greeted also by H. E. Dr. Antonello De Riu – Italian Ambassador in Kosova, and Ms. Qamile Sinanaj from the Kosova Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, with the purpose of supporting the collaboration under this project, as well as supporting future collaboration between universities from Kosova and Italy.

Further during the first day of the visit, a Project Management Meeting took place, moderated by the Project Coordinator Bujar Gallopeni – IBCM, Prof. Fiorenza Deriu from the University of Sapienza, Prof. Lidija Curkovic from the University of Zagreb, and Prof. Diana Kopeva from UNWE-Sofia. The meeting involved discussions regarding the activities of the project and the current state of implementation of the project, as well as challenges towards the project finalization. During the discussions, all partners shared their progress reports throughout the presentation.

In the 2nd day of the study visit to the University of Sapienza the Quality Management Board Meeting took place moderated by UNWE, and discussions were about the preparation of the Quality Management Report.

In the second session moderated by Bujar Gallopeni/IBCM was hold a workshop with a focus on framing the researchCult-2, as an extended project application to possibly take place in the Erasmus + application round of 2022/2023.
